The Best Lingerie and Styles to Wear on Valentine’s Day for Your Body Type

When you think of Valentine’s Day, what do you automatically think of? Flowers, chocolate, romantic dinner and dancing. The usual traditions. What comes with Valentine’s Day, wardrobe! Yes, it’s time to get dolled up. Makeup, hair, jewelry, perfume and heels. It’s on the mind. The clothing stores are rocking months in advance. All advertising the big day. You see hearts everywhere.

Conclusion

Valentine’s Day is a big commercial day. A day for romance. Yes, the merchants are looking at couples but also, they have gotten smart over the years. They also capitalize on friendship and platonic love as well. They have gotten so smart that we are sending our mother’s, friends, teachers, bosses, strangers and siblings gifts for the day. It’s a day for all.

When you’re thinking of Valentine’s day and fashion, think of months in advance. I would even recommend, if you see a good sale, rack up for the following year. You will probably be the same size, why not? It’s also good motivation not to pack on the extra pounds.

Storytime To Give You An Idea Of How To Score Some Bargains

Now, I love to shop. If I have some free time and I am driving by a store, I will pop in. Why? To see if something is on sale! I have lucked out so much doing this. Many stores don’t advertise. Especially their clearance. For my job, I travel a lot. If I am in an area, I will stop in to see their clearance section. Especially Walmart!

Yes, I have scored some bras and underwear on sale there. Nice lacy fashionable pieces. You can do the same. Look for the clearance sections of your favorite stores. They all have them. There is nothing out of season. No way. My motto, if it looks good on you, it’s a hit. I don’t care if it was made in the 80’s, I am rocking it.

When I am combing the rack, I am looking for all season clothes. It doesn’t matter. Especially body con dresses, lingerie or work outfits.  Primarily, items I can wear for date night or night on the town. That way, I won’t be scrambling around to find something when the time comes. It’s a pain. I like to have clothes already in the bag. I hate running around to find a specific outfit. It’s too much stress. I’ve been there and been disappointed. First, paying full price, wrong. Also, not finding the right outfit that fits your style. It’s annoying. I’ve learned to rack up and not worry about these issues anymore.

H&M, Wal-Mart, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, and Windsor are all on my list when I am in the mall. Also, I frequent some other stores (forgot their names). I go straight to clearance racks.  Online it’s Boohoo and ASOS. I am combing for deals. If I get an item in a bigger size, that is ok. I can make it form fitting with a belt or safety pins! I usually get items (in bigger sizes) only if they’re $1.00. I will stretch if they happen to be extra cute and the “must have” options.

When I am working, I see people wearing clothes from all eras. When I compliment their fashion they state, I have had this piece since the 1980’s or 60’s. You really can’t tell.

Don’t go with the tradition. Why? It’s all about sales. When they say “out of style” it’s to get you to buy. If you keep wearing the same coat for 30 years, how will they generate sales? You’re not about to buy another coat. They have to pump messaging to get you to buy. This is one of them. Don’t fall for it. If you look good in it, rock. It doesn’t matter the store or age, if its quality and you shine it, wear it! Save your coins.

Just think, you’re the one paying your bills and responsible for your survival. Don’t break the bank if you have to. There is always “unforeseen expenses” Especially if you have a car. If your brakes or engine goes, you have no choice but to fix these things. You better have extra coins to cover the cost. You know these parts come with a high cost. Live smart and save!

Celebrate Valentine’s Day On The Weekend, Avoid Stress

Now that I went over my personal tales, I will get into the gist of things. I want you to look and feel your best on Valentine’s. It’s a day off or for some, a night off. If you plan on celebrating on the weekend, it’s even better. Less pressure of rushing from work. More time to spend with your loved one. Also, more time to prep your fashion. So, what is this fashion?

For Women, Bring Out The Guns

Devil in the red dress. Yes, the color red is popping on this day. It’s a very sexual color. It represents beauty on the skin. We all have a red lippie. Its signature of femininity and health. The psychological effect is primarily the reason why it’s the color of choice for us ladies.

I will be honest, I am not a fan of red. I am more of a pink/purple girl. I am warm tone; it just doesn’t gel. If you notice the graphics on the site, it’s primarily blues or tropical colors. Now, I am not saying you can’t rock it. Especially if you’re cool tone, it goes with your skin tone.

This brings me to the topic at hand, what matters in your choices. Well, I will pull out a list that you should consult. This will help you choose the right garments. To start.

Questions To Answer To Select The Right Garments For Valentine’s Day

What is your personality? Flirty, sporty, funny, reserved?

Your age? Are you in your mid-20’s or late 50’s?

What is your skin tone?

Warm tone (more natural earth tones to enhance your features) cool tones (more icy/ cool colors to brighten up your skin tone). The key, not to wash out your complexion but to enhance. You don’t want to choose colors that make you look bland. You want to stand out.

Now, I understand the skin tone charts, especially with jewelry. I agree,  gold goes great with warm tones and silver with cool tones. Even though this is the case, I am all over the place with clothing. It could be that I am a woman of color. I agree with clothing standards to a degree. I am not a fan of red on me. I think blue looks wonderful with my skin tone. Also, white, silver and pink.  I am light brown. I would choose blue over red in a heartbeat. Also, tropical colors fit me.

I am just giving my account. You can do the same. You can start with the standards or be like me, find out (trial & error) what colors flatter you. Only you know. They’re over a gazillion different skin tones. Also, hair color matters as well. It’s all how you look.

Skin tone is minute (just with clothing). I do consider following the jewelry (skin tone standards).

What is your body type?

We are all born with different body types. They are all equal. What matters, find what flatters your type. There are square, pear, hourglass and apple. I am highly sure you know your type by not. It has been taught non stop for the past 5 years. It’s a matter of enhancing your strengths and minimizing the weaknesses.

Apple Shape, Opt For Flowy

For instance if you’re an apple, you probably want to hide the tummy. That’s fine. You wouldn’t opt for tight fitting (as that will enhance it more). You would go for flowy and feminine. It will minimize this area while enhancing your other areas. Giving you a nice light and delicate feel.

HourGlass, Choice Is Yours

If you have an hourglass, you can go for anything. If you’re like me, you like to show off your shape. You would opt for form fitting. Now, I am 95% hourglass and 5% pear (I have that stubborn belly too loose). Still, I opt for form fitting clothes but clothes that minimize this area. If it’s too tight around the belly, I would opt for a wrap around (that still shows off shape).

Since you have the hour, show it off. Go for form fitting. Accentuate your curves. Go according to your personality. If you have nice legs, go for short dresses. If legs aren’t your thing, you can go for dress that are long and form fitting. If you like to tease, slits are amazing. They are the best of both worlds. Both flirty and sophistication. It’s all about matching your personality and strengths.

I think you get the hint. For me, I go according to my mood. If I want to be extra flirty, a little cleavage and short dress will do. If I want to be toned down, laid back and cool, then a long form fitting with a slit will work. Totally sophisticated and stylish, all form fitting and long.

I think of occasion, mood and weather as well. I am in the northeast, I am not going to wear a short mini dress in 0 degrees temperatures.

Just note, there is style and sex appeal in all forms of clothes. It’s all about how you wear it.

Square, Dare To Be There

Musings-of-Life.com

Yes, my square shape fashionistas, you have a number of options as well. This shape often gets a lot of flack but to let you know, I appreciate this shape. It’s what you’re born with. All shapes are equally feminine. If you’re born a female, you’re a female period. No one is more feminine than the other person.

Your shape is to be appreciated. You have every right to wear form fitting clothes. If you do, opt for form fitting that accentuates your strengths. Do you have nice legs, well, let’s get our mini skirts and dresses on. Do you have strong arms, classic v shape shirts are amazing.

If you’re looking for more shape, opt for a-line. How can you tell what is A-line? The pattern at the bottom of your garment forms the capital A. Essentially cinches at the waist and flows at the bottom. It gives you an illusion of a shape. It’s not straight up and down. You can also use a belt or rope to cinch in your garments at the waist.  The key, look for garments that cinch at the waist and flow.

Pear Shape, You Have An Ear Full

Smaller on top, larger on the bottom. It’s all about balance. You would opt for more flowy tops to balance out being larger on top. Tops that flare at the shoulders. You can think tops with shoulder pads, ruffles, chiffon or a nice bow.

What is Your Chest And Butt Size?

Your chest and butt are two areas that are focused on the most. Why? It’s the prime area of femininity and gives shape. Only you know your size. It’s all about genetics. For some of us, we have more meat. For others, you’re a bit smaller. For the big day, you want to showcase these areas. It’s just nature. Especially for our partner. We are all wearing lingerie or something sensual, it goes with the territory.

February is the biggest time for lingerie, wonder why? These areas are focused. Yes, we have bras and undergarments. All accentuating these areas. The legs are next.

Since we all come in different sizes, what do you recommend to look our best? Let’s break it down shall we.

Smaller Chested Friends

If you’re smaller chested, opt for flowy tops. That gives you shape like no other. Tops that incorporate chiffon and ruffles. It gives an illusion of bust underneath. Also, padded bras are your friend. If you look in the intimate sections in clothing stores, they have bra inserts. If you want some extra meat, pick up some. You can pick up some online as well. They are pretty cheap. It’s not deception at all. It’s all about feeling comfortable and giving confidence.

If you ever listen to “Unpretty” by TLC, they give plenty of confidence to women across the world. “You can buy your hair if it won’t grow.” We have weaves, fake nails, butt pads, and bra inserts, all in the name of enhancing our beauty. There is nothing wrong with these tools.

I will let you know, I am a large chested woman (38 D).  I will let you in on a hint, I use bra inserts from time to time. I want to be bigger. If you read other articles, I’ll let you know I massage for bigger boobs. I lost weight, some of the boobs went. When you’re losing fat, some of the breast meat goes. That’s fine. As long as there is a remedy, massage! In the interim, I will pop on the inserts (when I am feeling a little self conscious).

I know what you’re thinking, you’re self conscious with a D cup. Yes, I am the type that just loves bigger boobs. It’s just my thing. I am not at the size I desire to be. Just like my stomach, it’s still not the optimal flat. That’s why I pop them in. I feel they lift and make me look better in clothes.

I say all this to give you confidence to use these tools. There is nothing wrong. At the end of the day, I want you to be confident. No one has to know. It’s not vanity at all. It’s all about feeling happy about yourself. Especially if you’re in the hunt of finding that special someone. Also, trying to impress that special person. Go for it.

We are still in the age of the butt. Before, in the late 80’s and 90’s, we were in the boob era. Then it switched to the butt. Have a nice shape butt. Can we thank our dear celebs, yes you Jennifer Lopez. If you notice in the stores, the mannequins have a more shaplier butt. It’s taught everywhere. Especially in fitness.

For Smaller Butt Friends

As I recommended for the smaller chest, you also have options.  There are clothing options that have more padding in butt area. Choose them. Also, you can pick up some cheap butt pads. They will give you shape in the rear. Just like the previous recommendation, choose A-line. Gives you an illusion of shape. Flowy material is your friend. It draws attention to your strengths and makes your backside look bigger.

You don’t want to go for form fitting as you can’t hide this area.  With flowy, you can mask away. If you’re confident with your size, go for it. Go for body con and spandex, that will give you lift and definition. Quality matters.

Larger Bust Friends, Play It Up

Comfort is the name of the game. As we know, wires are not our friends. They pinch our sides and make us turn into the Grinch before we leave the door. Investing in good bras is the deal. One that provide lift and support (without the wire). Thankfully, we have a number of options on the market. Know your size and try on before you swipe your card.

I try on my bras before I hit the door. I sit in them for about 10 minutes. I have to be comfortable. I don’t want any pinches around my body. Who wants a bunch of marks in that area. No. Also, lift. Lift is important because it gives your body more shape. When you’re larger, there is some sag. It’s gravity.

You want your boobs to have lift, especially to enhance the cleavage area. You don’t want them looking flat. No, nice and round. Shape, shape, shape here. Plus it helps your posture, you don’t want to slump over. If your boobs are pointing down, you’re going to follow in direction. You don’t want to have back problems. Lifted boobs gives you better posture and shape.

A high quality bra will give your boobs the lift and support to balance your body. Don’t want back strain issues.

For tops, you want to select tops that are plunging or form fitting. It’s all up to you. The tops will show off your cleavage area. It’s all about your mood, personality and weather outcome. If you opt for cleavage, make sure your undergarments aren’t peeking out or showing through. That ruins the whole illusion. Try on weeks in advanced to make sure everything fits correctly. Can get clothing tape or safety pins to help keep things tucked.

Musings-of-Life.com

Also, try not to have sheer clothing. It’s hard to conceal. That should be reserved for undergarments/lingerie. You don’t want to look cheap. You want to look polished and put together. A million bucks is the idea. There is nothing worse than seeing undergarments showing through. You can get away with it if it matches your outfit. Other than that, make sure they are fitting correctly. Also, you’re comfortable. You don’t want to be grumpy, it will ruin the whole mood psychologically.

If you’re pear shape, smaller on top, v neck will help balance out. If you’re all other shapes, either u or v neck will be golden.

If you go for form fitting tops, make sure you have quality material. You don’t want your nipples being on showcase. Also, you don’t want your bra showing through. High quality thick material that is breathable is the game. It will show off your curves without revealing too much underneath. We want a smooth polish feel.

Larger Butt, Have A Seat

It’s all in the walk. You wouldn’t go for a-line or flowy as this will conceal your prize area. If you want to enhance your shape, form fitting. Body con is your friend. Just make sure things aren’t too tight. It will make your shape look weird and out of proportion. The name of the game is to enhance without going overboard. We don’t material that hugs are butt too tight that we look like a weird ant. No. Your butt is already big, you don’t need to constrict too much. Select items that are form fitting and at the same time, loose fitting. Plus, we don’t want yeast infections. Also, choose material with lift and that is  breathable. You want your butt to jiggle when you walk.

I guess you caught on. Select options that draw attention to the area without overenhancing it. It will make you look out of proportion.

What’s In The Weather Forecast?

Yes, the weather. I have to remember, this article is all about how you can have exceptional style for Valentine’s Day. February is a chilly month. We are usually wearing coats and boots (here in the northeast). Plan for the occasion. You know your region.

If you’re in the chill, planning for a nice long winter coat will do. Long is amazing because it helps define your shape. Also, provide extra warmth. We got to protect our chest and legs. Who wants to be in the hospital from catching a severe cold. No one. Also, you’re more than likely wearing a dress. If you dare to wear a short one, having a long coat can provide extra protection. Also, level up the appeal (think of a robe).

Keep in mind gloves, hats, ear muffs and scarves. Yes ladies, we have our hair done. What can ruin things faster than having a hat scrunching everything down. Yikes. Plan for a low maintenance option. Nice long loose waves are amazing. The hat won’t ruin this look. If you opt for an up do or roll, you might want to fight someone. In this case, ear muffs can do the trick. You can protect your ears while not ruining your do.

The key, planning ahead. If you’re not planning on waiting for a train or staying outside for a long time, then you might not worry about wearing a hat. If this is the case, a low maintenance option will do.

If you’re in warmer climates, you still have to plan ahead. Chicago, you have the wind. Would a nice bun work? You don’t have to worry about your hair flying everywhere. You can look chic at the same time. How about Seattle? Rain is your best friend. Who wants to be all dolled up with rain flying everywhere. Ruining the makeup. Perhaps the same. A bun or umbrella doing the trick?

It’s all about knowing your region and planning ahead. I don’t want you wasting $300 in a hair salon. You can throw on your flat or curling iron and still look amazing. Also, a bun is a savior. It shows off your facial structure and features. One less thing you have to worry about.

Where Are You Planning To Spend Valentine’s Day?

Is it at a nice restaurant, ball game or at your home? Plan your attire around where you will be celebrating. Would it make sense to wear heels out to a ball game? Probably no. Maybe some cute flat that will play up your legs will do.

Are you planning on wearing lingerie underneath?

This is a biggie. If you’re planning on wearing, make sure your pieces don’t have anything that will snag your material. I am talking about spikes, hooks or zippers. You don’t want to mess up your nice outfit with holes. Also, feel uncomfortable.

You also want to make sure it will fit underneath your outfit. If you are planning on wearing a bustier, corset or teddy, this is something to think about. We are usually thinking about thicker material here. Think about wearing a coat of armour under your dress, yikes. We have bands that protrude out (to help define your shape). Also, bows, straps, and strings to think about.  We don’t want to look like a garbage bag walking by. We don’t want these items showing through our clothes.

If you have pieces that fit this category, you can always change when you get home (or place you will be staying at on that day). Bring a carry along bag (toiletries, extra clothing, contraceptions). If you are planning on getting intimate when you get home, you can change in the bathroom (be it restaurant or event). That way you will be prep for the festivities. Pack smart, always pack smart!

Located below will be some advice on how to transition into lingerie once you get home (or destination of choice).

Will you be wearing accessories?

The big guns do matter. I already talked about skin tone. What you wear also matters big time. Why? I am pretty sure intimacy will be involved. We don’t want anything to be snagging. Yikes. Make sure (before sexual act) you take off hoops or anything that jinkles. Also, you know how to take off with ease.

This is common for our long nail friends. Putting and especially, taking off is a mother.  Minimize if this is an issue. I know, it’s a time to look our best and jewelry is our friend. I won’t put comfort over looking good. You can put on jewelry that is easy to take off. Bracelets or clip on earrings. Necklaces are a darling. If you have trouble, skip. Yes, they accentuate our neckline, making you look like a goddess. You have to be smart. Practice taking them off or you can leave on (if not cumbersome). You can opt for clothes that have jewels.

Also, take off your rings if you can. We don’t want to be scratching up our partner. We want smooth hands grazing all over the place.

Plan ahead and try out your jewelry, along with your outfit of choice. I recommend at least (two weeks or more) prior to Valentine’s Day.

How do I want to plan my hair/grooming?

Plan this out as well. Especially if you depend on the barber or salon. This is a busy time and if your favorite is booked, you may be pissed. Choose a style that fits your face shape. Also flows with your mood and outfit.

I would recommend changing it up for the day. There is nothing like a fresh start. It does something to you psychologically. It enhances your happiness, creativity and mood. Also, boost your confidence. We want to promote happiness and eliminate boredom. We have one life to live, live it to the best.

For the fellas, it comes with a groom

Musings-of-Life.com

We want to make sure our beard or bare face is on point. If you like the “grizzly bear”  effect, ok. If not, make sure we are well groomed. Well sanitized razors and after care is a must. I repeat, sanitize your razors/equipment before, during and afterward. Make sure they are dry and put them in a dry place. We don’t want moisture seeping in (causing rust/mold/corrosion).

Also, take your time when you groom. We don’t want to have cuts all over the place. Sanitizing and moisturizing beforehand is key. Not only to prevent aging but to help with shaving. Wash your face with African Soap then pat dry (eliminate any bacteria). Then follow up with our 100% organic friends as a light moisturizer (100% shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter or almond oil).Don’t use too much. Use about a dime size and rub gently into your skin. Let sit for a few minutes. Then proceed to shave.

When you glide over moisturized skin, this will help to prevent unsightly cuts/bumps. Your skin has a protective barrier. Also, after you shave, wash your face again with African Soap. A miracle.

Also, sanitize. Use some alcohol or 100% witch hazel. The best, 100% apple cider vinegar with the mother.  Run some (of either) on your skin afterwards. Make sure pat dry. Not rub, why? When you rub, you’re irritating the skin. We want to minimize this at all costs. This is where cuts, bumps and pimples come in. Inflamed skin breeds skin problems.

Then follow up with our moisturizing friends. The key, make sure you moisturize afterwards. Very important to prevent bumps. Also, you’re providing key nutrients/vitamins to your skin. Providing health and vitality.

I would also advise using 100% aloe vera. This is the best stuff. It soothes irritation and is full of vitamins. Plus contains one of the highest moisturizing contents.

Keep your hands off your face, don’t want to promote irritation.

For Our Curly Hair Friends, Don’t Become Frustrated.

If you’re African American or not, if you have curly coils, you are more susceptible for ingrown hairs/razor bumps. Why? When the hair protrudes out the hair follicle, it grows in a curl pattern. With this pattern, your hair is more susceptible to curl and penetrate back into the skin. Your skin can’t take this. Why is this hair follicle trying to jump back in? When the hair shaft penetrates back into the skin, irritation forms. The blood vessels start to rush, forming a bump. If you have thousands of hairs doing the same thing, you are going to have a rash forming. This where ingrown hairs form.

It’s not your fault. It’s a mother but one thing you can do to minimize is to exercise proper care. You have to as you can’t promote your hair to grow straight. To help combat, follow the steps above. Make sure you get into good hygiene. Wash your skin with African Soap (best soap pack full of nutrients). Make sure your equipment is sanitized. Never shave on dry skin. Make sure your skin is hydrated/moisturized. Have that shave cream on deck. Never exercise a close shave, that is a recipe for your hair follicles coming back sharper and penetrating skin (causing irritation).

Tips To Have A Great Shave

When you shave, shave in the direction your hair grows in. If you can invest in a magnifying mirror, please do so. You can pick one up at Wal-Mart, TJ Maxx or Marshalls.  That way you examine your hair follicles and detect the pattern. Your face, it usually grows in down direction (therefore you’re shaving down). On your neck, in an upwards pattern.

Do one pass (gently). Don’t be heavy handed, glide across. Then sanitize the pass. Wipe on a clean terry cloth (light alcohol) and proceed to shave the rest. We are trying to minimize bacteria setting in.

If you’re not satisfied, let your skin rest a bit (eliminate irritation) then give it a second pass.

Never shave with a dull razor. Make sure your razor is nice and sharp.

Just some tips for the fellas to keep your face well groomed and fresh!

These tips also apply to our ladies. When we shave our legs and arm pitts, we also want to promote great hygiene practices.

Help Me, I Have Hyperpigmentation

If you develop hyperpigmentation, there are some great lighting gels on the market. Take advantage of them. I would opt for ones that promote lighting 3x faster. You can also try our organic friends (100% shea butter, cocoa butter, aloe vera gel). Also at beauty stores, you can get some whitening/lighting soaps. Our Indian friends also have a miracle worker, turmeric. Mixed with milk/100% organic honey, it is a great lightener. Also, 100% lemon juice. It may take longer to lighting with organic than commercial.

What Will Your Feet Bare?

Will it be shoes, sneakers, heels, boots, sandals, socks or bare feet? If bare feet, you want to make sure your feet are groomed. Regardless, you want to make sure your feet are groomed. Not to look good but to feel good. We stand and walk with our feet. Also exercise. If our feet are in pain, we will feel miserable.

We want to make sure our feet are moisturized, have no hang nails and have breathable material around it. To prevent any odor. If you have issues, soak your feet in 100% apple cider vinegar. Gets rid of bacteria and odor. Pat dry and follow up with moisturizer.

Invest in foot spray (Dr.Scholls) or baking soda. Can lightly dust some in your socks or shoes. I would go with the spray. You don’t want white powder all over the place. Also make sure your apparel is dry. Moisture breathes bacteria.

For My Heels Fans

Yes, the heels. They elongate the legs and provide height. Also, plenty of sex appeal. They also provide discomfort. Our bodies aren’t made to walk on a slope and on an extended height for so long. Why?  Your toes are taking a beating. You are putting all that excess weight onto your toes, yikes. You will have toe cramps and jams for days.

Good news, there are plenty of insoles on the market to help you. Now, I hope we aren’t still sensitive about shoe size. No one will know what size you’re wearing but you. Pick your size please. Try on before you buy. Make sure you’re comfortable. Spend a few minutes in them. Be honest with yourself. I don’t care how good they look, if you feel grumpy and piss, don’t buy. Don’t waste your money. It’s not worth it. Your outfit or accessories can be the star. Also don’t go too tight. You don’t want to be paralyzed.

Chunky bottoms are better because they give you more support for your weight. Still, you want to be careful. I would reserve them for the act. You can throw them on (for show). This is cool because you don’t have to worry about walking for a long time or at all! If you can’t walk in them properly, practice! You don’t want to be cumbersome in front of your partner or uncomfortable.

Trust me, I would minimize wearing heels. I don’t care about your size, they’re a killer. It’s all about staying healthy and comfortable. You can look amazing in quality low heels or flats. We have so many on the market. I know, some of us love heels because of the height. Also, gives a different appeal our lower height friends can’t provide. Still, we have to be smart here.

I promise you, the lower heel options can play up your legs and outfit. Yes, we aren’t giving more height but that can go out the window. You can choose an outfit with a slit, to elongate the legs. High waisted pants or skirt. You will still have plenty of appeal.

There are many lower heel options that have shape and appeal. Stay away from our pointy toed friends. Squish toes are not our friends. If you’re wide footed like myself, I have no choice but to jump ship.

Choose lower heels or flats that have curves in the front (support curves of your foot/toes).

A nice little trick is to periodically, position your foot in an arch position (this will give an illusion you have heels on). Only do this in front of your partner’s vantage point. For instance, perhaps he is starting to walk to the table, you can put your feet in an arch. He will think you have heels on. Don’t do this for too long (no strain on the toes). This defeats the purpose of having lower heel options.

The choice is yours, I gave you options.

Now that we went over questions you should answer, we will get into our garments underneath. The lingerie!

Women, What Lingerie Should We Wear

Yes, I talked about lingerie a little bit in the beginning. Be careful of what you choose. It all depends on your plans for the day. If you plan on getting more sensual with your partner, then this is a great addition. When the clothes come off, we want our partner to be in for a pleasant surprise. It enhances the arousal like no other.

Why These Fabrics Work For Lingerie

There is something about silk, satin, lace and fishnet that drives a man wild. It’s a mixture of elegance, sensuality and femininity. It teases the senses. The delicate pattern on top of the skin drives our eyes. What lies underneath. We are human, we are all driven by senses. We also love revealing. These patterns tease our skin. It strikes our curiosity. It gives our body art and shape. It strikes our creativity, gets our mind going. It draws attention.

Through society standards, we are taught about these patterns. They scream sex appeal. The patterns drive our pheromones crazy. When we see them, we think of sex.

If you combine all these points, it’s why these patterns work in lingerie. They tease the skin, capture the eye, are ingrained to scream “sex”, provide comfort, and enhance our shape.

For instance, if you put on a plain white bra, your boobs just blend in. You are so use to  seeing this every week. Just like you see the clouds in the sky. Now, if you happen to see a rainbow going across the clouds, your senses perk up. This is unusual. I see color, the pattern is capturing my eye. Capturing my curiosity. I am intrigued, this is different. I am fascinated.

I think you get the pattern here. This is why many of our lingerie pieces incorporate plenty of shape, and unusual patterns. We aren’t going to have balloons, circles or squares, no. Why? We think of childhood or kids. This is something we don’t want going on.

What we want is unusual and “adult friendly”patterns going on. Stripes, swirls, twists, flowers, plants and cross patterns. All alluding to femininity and sensuality. All play up our figure. All represent what women love. It’s all a science. These patterns work because they scream sex. They’re unusual, kinky and seductive.

With satin and silk, it’s the texture that drives us wild. It’s soft, delicate and shiny. It enhances our features and figures. It provides a healthy glow. It helps us stand out and shine. What we want to come off in front of our partner.

We don’t want to be bland or blend in with the background. No, we want to illuminate and shine. We want our femininity to come alive. It also helps to provide comfort when your partner touches you. Who want to be gliding their hands across wool? The softer the more sensual the experience. Hence the reason why satin and silk are top choices in the bedroom.

Now that we have a little fabric science out of the way, we can get into our different options. We will explore so you can make the right choices.

Lingerie Garments For Women

The whole point of lingerie is to make you feel more confident about your sensuality. Play up your features and enhance the mood. Get you and your partner pheromones going. As we just went over the fabrics, we will now go over the different options. Each option goes according to your personality, mood and style. As we went over the questions for clothing, I hope they help you to make the right decision on what lingerie to wear.

As there are so many options, I know it’s hard to choose. Which is a good thing. The important factors are comfortability, style, pricing and ease of taking off. Yes, the taking off part. If it takes you an hour to take off, please avoid it. You don’t want your partner to have to break out the tool kit.

We have to account for personality, personal style and temperature of your location. As we are dealing with winter, make sure the room is a nice warm temperature. Not too warm. We don’t want to sweat.

So, what are these garments we can choose from. Well…let’s look no further. I will present them in order (ranking them according to

Thong– The good old thong. If you know Sisco “Thong Song” you see a full view of them in action. Brazilian women all throng out in them. They focus on showcasing the butt in full view, providing minimal coverage for our vagina. It’s basically two strings and a triangle.

For those who love to focus on the butt, this one is for you. I am not a fan but I don’t knock it. I recommend choosing thongs with patterns and avoiding solid color ones. You want to play into the curiosity of your partner’s senses. Perk him up. Show a part of your personality. Have some flair for the little fabric you have.

G-String– Provides a little more coverage than the thong and less than the bikini.

Bikini– We aren’t hitting the beach but if this is your style, go for it. They provide more coverage than the thong and g-string. They can help provide a little more curiosity (as more of your skin is hidden). Just like the other options, try to choose options with patterns that go according to your skin tone.

If you choose solid color bottoms, try to choose a multicolored or pattern top. It erases being bored.

Cheeky/Hipsters– They provide more coverage to your vagina area. They form in the pattern of a v. The band part sit high on your waist. Accentuating your hips. This helps provide shape to the front, with the subtle shape of v pointing to your vagina. They also provide shape to your butt.

Highcut briefs– These are full fabric bikini friends. They cover your whole vagina and part of your tummy area.  If you have tummy issues, these can be your friend. You can pull up the garments a little to hide.  They accentuate your hips and provide plenty of curves to your booty. They provide more coverage to your butt than the hipsters. Think of our average underwear we wear or period draws!

Before I move on, wanted to share my collection of lingerie. Yes, I walk the talk. I am not going to present anything without personal experience. This is a personal blog of my thoughts and recommendations. I picked up these finds at Victoria Secret. They had their semiannual sale on panties. I took advantage, went on the last day (the pressure). I went impromptu (I never try to wait last minute on sales).

As I perused through the different panties, I notice many of the different patterns and shapes on them. I like to study clothing and everything. Figure out their meaning. As I always mention, pick out pieces that fit the occasion and your personality! Also, a biggie, look good on your skin tone.

I spent some good time in Victoria Secret. I looked for tropical colors. As you notice in the above images, I have mint green and coral pink. They look amazing on light brown skin. Black is always safe. It’s great with amazing print. I choose fun and sensual (represents me perfectly). I can give off amazing energy with both types of personality.

I will let you know, I am not the reserved type. Especially in the bedroom. I am very hands on and sensual. Lots of touching, rubbing, gripping, stroking and licking. I am very hands on and love to take the lead. Guide you to the best spots. That is me. I am a natural leader and must take charge in the bedroom. Yes, it’s a mutual lead but I love taking a surprising lead from time to time. That’s a big turn on for my partner. I am not shy, will give my opinion.

These are very well made and stretchy. Incase I get a little pudgy, at least I have some breathing room. Enough to lose the excess weight (if I happen to gain). I don’t plan on gaining weight, I have been maintaining my weight since my big weight loss. I don’t want to go through the time and effort again. It’s best to maintain then to yo-yo. Discipline is the key. Don’t fall back into same bad habits.

I also don’t like anything tight or constraining. I don’t want to cause unpleasant smells in my private regions, especially sweat. I also don’t like bunching or feeling tight. I get very angry.

When I put these on, it gives me motivation to keep my size. I worked hard (from a previous size 22 down to my current size 8). I still have some work to do. I feel I can improve in a few areas. You can’t spot but I would like to build a little more muscle in my butt and stomach.

I plan on restarting my muscle building program. I lift weights every week but to maintain. If I want to build, I am going to have to engage in a regimen to build. That includes protein and progressive overload. Tracking everything.

My stomach still isn’t at perfection, but I know I can get it there soon. I am endomorphic, tend to carry weight around the waist more than the other 2 body types.

When you wear lingerie, you want to look your best. It’s a time to show off your confidence. Can’t hide under work clothes. Build it in your head that you look good, even if you don’t like certain parts of your body. Your partner isn’t complaining. One thing I don’t want you to be is self-conscious. No one has a perfect body. No one. The thing is, showing your confidence. Can hide and accent your strengths. That is what I do.

I make sure my undergarments conceal my stomach and elongate my legs. I am very curvy and love my hips. I like pulling them up to show off my hourglass. My partner’s big hands belong on my hips. He can gripe and rub all over them. Tug at the panties, teasing pulling them down. I also show off my cleavage. I have big breast, so I make sure they are the star of the show. I conceal the stomach and make sure my hips, breast and legs are the stars. My butt follows behind. The undergarments show off the roundness at peak perfection.

There is a little of my personal thoughts on wearing lingerie. I say all of this to help you. I want you to get in a frame of thought of showing off your strengths and concealing your weaknesses. They will make you more confident and without a shadow of a doubt, your performance will improve! It’s all psychological. When you look good and feel great, you will be great in bed. You have no negativity and the natural pheromones will take over. It works all the time. If you go in sully or “this is a duty”, you will fail in bed. You’re not going to care. It will show. You might as well sit and watch your favorite episode of your favorite show.

Head over to Victoria Secret or your favorite lingerie shop. Take time and explore colors, shapes and textures that fit you. Some have allergies or don’t mesh with your skin, take note of this. Try them on, examine yourself. How does it look and more importantly, how does it feel? Is it a little too tight? Is something pinching or hurting you? Takes too long to put on. Doesn’t mesh with your personality or vibe? Don’t buy. I don’t care if it’s on sale (unless a $1.00, can donate as a good deed). Don’t waste your money. If you buy something you don’t like, you will be grumpy. You don’t want to be like this in bed. It will show. Psychology is very important in everything, especially in the bed. It’s bigger than physicality. All arousal and sensuality begin in the brain.

Now back to the undergarments.

Boy shorts– Now, I don’t knock this option, but this one provides a little too much coverage for my liking. This provides the most coverage to your vagina area. Covering your butt and reaching your upper thigh area. If you have a reserved or sporty personality, these might be for you.

Bralettes– Now these bad boys can be worn out in public. They can take the place of your top. If you’re daring and like to put it all out there, these are for you. You don’t have to worry about putting on lingerie. Perhaps pair it with a mini skirt or long skirt. If you don’t want to be too revealing, you can put a nice jacket over or sweater. You can leave it open, in the privacy of your partner’s vantage point. This might work, especially if you are out in public or in a restaurant. I know you don’t want other people staring. For your partner’s eyes only!

Try to get bralettes that fit your personality and style. Ones with fun and edgy patterns for the win. African print (safari theme),  Paris, embroidery or runway of NY patterns. This will play up your style and have you looking like a raven princess. Also, ones with multiple strings or cross net patterns. If the bralette has curves galore, get it. It will hug your breast and give it extra shape. A must, a bralette that lift the girls. We want plenty of lift and cleavage action going. Make sure you get your size, you don’t want to look squishy. You want your cleavage to look natural, not spilling over more than it should. Equal proportion. Get your size and a bralette with lift/support.

Bra– Yes, our staple. We wear it every day to support our posture and to keep the girls standing high. It can also be a mood stimulator in the bedroom. There are different types of bras. Bras that I consider lingerie usually have lace, straps, strings, or fishnet patterns. I am a big fan of bras with strings, as featured in illustration below (the bra on the left is a perfect example). The strings help shape the outline of your breast and tease the skin below. They go delicately across your curves. They scream femininity and sensuality. You can think of rope, whips and chains.

Camisoles– Our best friends, the camisoles. When you want to hide your insecurity, turn to one. If you are very sensitive about your stomach or even your breast, try one. They mimic a fitted t-shirt (cross between a bra and t-shirt), designed to lift and support your breast and give you coverage to your midsection.

If you pair it with an undergarment, it can look like a body suit. If you’re extra fresh, you can go bare down there and just rock the camisole. There is nothing wrong, it’s just as sexually appealing. You can have on a pair of heels or socks.

You can choose solid colors or pieces with sensual patterns. For fabric, you can get silk or satin. It will play into sensuality big time.

Teddies– Our delicate friends. They are a short version of the long nightgown. They cover your chest, stomach and mid-thigh. They also can cover part of your arms. Flaring out (A-line) style at the bottom, cinching at the waist. A short dress you maybe it.  They are soft and delicate, giving you a very feminine effect.  They are often sheer and may come with an open crotch. The flair at the bottom gives your body shape and draws attention to your legs, primarily the upper thighs. With the delicate fabric grazing over, it is sure to drive your partner senses wild.

If you’re sensitive about your upper body, these are for you. Also, if you’re reserved, innocent and want something simple to wear, teddies are your friend. Teddies might be the easiest lingerie pieces to wear.

Bodysuit/Onesies– On this episode of Baywatch. We all saw Pamela Anderson run across the beach in the infamous red bodysuit. The bodysuit is an amazing staple that can emphasize your shape.  It covers your chest, stomach and your vagina area. The classic v shape around your vagina is amazing subtly. It points to your special region and emphasizes your hips.  They are perfect if you want to throw on stockings or socks. You can also don a robe.

This is perfect for those who want to tuck in their stomach and emphasize their shape. Let the material emphasize your amazing shape. I would recommend getting one with a plunging neckline. We want to draw attention to your cleavage. I don’t care about your size, this is an area all women should emphasize. Draw attention to your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. It will help to balance out your figure and make your waistline look even better. It’s all psychological. You can pair with a necklace for extra appeal.

Body stocking/fishnet stockings– These rock because they help provide art and shape to your leg. Who wants to be standing just naked in front of their partner right off the back, wrong. Let’s tease our way to the bare. Have your partner (like layers) peel off the clothes to get to the prize. This helps with the arousal. These staples can play into your partner’s senses.

You can get body stockings that are full body or stop mid thigh/calf. Try to pick ones that have a light mesh screen on them. To tease your skin below. Black is amazing and can go with any lingerie piece.

Fishnet stockings are also a great addition to have as the pattern teases the skin underneath. The cross pattern plays up your legs, giving edgy appeal. Your eye is drawn to patterns.

Stockings that bare the stripe pattern also work. They can have your legs looking like an edgy candy cane. Once again, our eyes love pattern. They intrigue us, tickle our senses. They also bring sensuality to the plate.

I recommend trying all options. I am sure you will be dolled up on more than one occasion.

Garter belt– Not reserved for wedding night but for any night! The garter belt is a playful tease to your legs. They give a subtle punch to your treasure area, the vagina. They draw attention to your skin, harping on the curves of your upper thigh. Also, tease that area which is prime for intimacy. Your partner can’t help but want to run his hands to pull it down. It gives your legs and body such an allure.

You can usually pair it with a night gown, baby doll, teddy, camisole or any lingerie piece that bares the leg. Let’s dress them up!

Fitted night gown–  This one is a sleeper but a keeper. If you’re not looking to go overboard and just want something that is delicate and light, go for the classic. Pick one that goes with your skin tone and style. One that hugs your curves and preferably has a split (if you opt for a long piece). Also, comes with padding in the boob area (we want lift and cleavage). Pair it with a necklace and you will have your partner drooling for days. Satin or silk to give that extra sensual touch!

Chemise/baby doll– Innocence. If this is what you’re looking to go for, go for the baby doll. It’s the total opposite of the others (often edgier). This one gives you an innocent, feminine and sensual flair.

If you’re sensitive about your shape and not looking for something form fitting, go for the baby doll. You don’t have to worry about maneuvering a lot of zippers or straps. You can throw on this comfortable piece. It’s like throwing on a picnic dress. The nice poofy flair at the end of the hem, stopping mid thigh gives you shape.

Corset/bustiers– The corset is something to behold. They help to shape your frame, giving your bust an extra boost. If you study the name “bustier” its hint to the garment. To help boost your bust. Also, to shape your hips and stomach. They suck in your frame and boost your bust.

These are for our ladies who are looking for extra shape. Perhaps you don’t want your partner seeing some extra meat, bustier is your friend. As previously mentioned, pick one that goes with your skin tone. If you can, try to get one with patterns or multiple colors. It drives the senses and helps to eliminate boredom. They are usually paired with garter belts or fishnet/body stockings.

Robes/kimonos– We all seen the Victoria Secret commercial. The angel struts in the doorway with a silk robe on, dolling lingerie underneath. They have been staple since evolution. Now, don’t grab your bath robe. Not the purpose here. Grab a nice silk or satin robe that will hug your curves. Get one with a belt (the art of the tease, having your partner opening up the belt). The belt also helps define your shape.

The robe is perfect for those who want to hide insecurities. Perhaps your arms, stomach or butt. It will help draw attention to the outline of your figure. Drawing out your sensuality and femininity at the same time. Get one that fits your personal style. One that fits your age. Just don’t grab one that doesn’t. Why? Psychologically, your partner may think you’re another person, turning them off.  They want to be intimate with you, not someone else.

Now that we got all the amazing pieces you can wear, let’s get into how you can transition smoothly.

Seasons Matter

Yes, we have our seasons to get through. I know we all can’t wait until the summer, why? Time off from work. Get our vacation on. It’s my birthday season, August baby here. It’s also time to get our theme park and tourism on. Just planning, even if you don’t go is fun! I love observing different locations and all that you can offer. Also, what’s the new wave I am missing. There are always new adventures that await. I always find new and interesting things to do.

As I mentioned summer, might as well get to the point of this article. If you are planning on entertaining your partner in the summer, dress the part. You’re not going to want to wear heavy fabrics. Who wants to sweat and feel uncomfortable in the blistering heat. We are thankful that we have options in the lingerie game.

As we went through them, might as well plan accordingly. We are all smart but sometimes, things escape our mind.

Summer/Spring lingerie tips

Warm air is flowing; we are all struggling to keep our skin cool. Time to hit the air conditioning. When it comes to intimacy, we want to feel refresh. Sometimes, the thick heat can be quite sensual. Especially when cool air flows and hits you. When we are intimate, the heat is rising. It can be a subtle cue.

I would recommend going to our lighter piece friends, especially the teddies. Teddies are made with lighter, flowy and delicate fabrics. Think linen. They hug your figure, having you look fierce and exuberating your femineity. Next would be bralettes or light fabric/sheer bras. You want cool air flowing on your skin to make you feel refresh. Also, you don’t want to build up sweat, leading to unpleasant smells.

Can’t leave out the baby doll, one piece and fitted night gowns. They also are light and allow air to flow through. All the while, leaving you feeling sensual.

On the opposite, you may want to steer away from corsets and bustiers (heavier fabrics and construction). I am sure you don’t want to be putting on stockings and extra fabric. It just screams uncomfortable. We don’t want anything sticking to our legs, it’s the worst. We want to feel flowy and free.

If you still want to put on the corset/bustier and stockings, get light fabric and sheer option. Think thigh highs or mid calf. You want your legs to breathe along with the rest of your bodfy.

Reserve the extra for the cold months.

Fall/Winter lingerie tips

As previously stated, I reserve the bustier/corset for the warmer months. They are heavier fabrics that hug your frame. Keeping you nice and warm. Also, we have robes and one piece to give you extra coverage. Keeping you looking like a goddess. Also, stockings and other comparable undergarments.

The more we are covered up, the better we will feel. It all depends on your settings in your place of stay. When you fall asleep, you want to feel comfortable. You can always snuggle in your partners “oversize shirt”. Nothing turns a man on then seeing you in his shirt!

If You Change Into Lingerie At Home, Use Creativity

If you do decide to change at home ( or another location) make sure the transition is natural and sensual. Just don’t run to the bathroom and change into lingerie. Play it up. Guide your partner, tease them along the way. Have them sit or lay down. Give them a sensual kiss. Tell them to close their eyes (and don’t open them until you say so). Run your fingers through their hair, give a kiss on the lips. Then quietly, leave the room to change.

Make sure you have your outfit planned and laid out. Make sure your breath and body is fresh. Fresh up quickly (non-scented soap). Especially your private regions (non-scented soap), do a quick wash regardless! Never can be too sure. Use your non-scented soap and pat completely dry. We are eliminating bacteria (which can happen with scented soap). Bacteria breathes a bad smell, yikes.

Also, make sure you’re looking cute. A quick brush to your hair won’t harm. Just don’t take too long. We don’t want your partner raising up to find out what’s going on.

Then transition back to your partner. Give him a quick peck on the cheek or lips. Whisper in his ear to open his eyes.

He will be pleasantly surprised at the sight! Then proceed from there. You can do a strip dance, engage in foreplay or get in the mood for sex. It’s all up to you. The key, let it be natural.

I just gave you an example of creativity. It’s all about natural transition. I don’t want you to run and jump to do something. Play it up. It ruins the mood. This day is about love.

What Do Us Guys Wear To Impress

I am so glad we are in an era where we are laid back. You don’t have to wear a suit and tie or a tux for the big day. If that is your thing, fine but casual is just as alluring. A nice flannel or cozy dress shirt will do. Try to opt for a shirt that shows off your broad shoulders and your chest. When you walk in the room, command it with your power tool.

What you guys have to think of when selecting… collars, sleeve length, button or zipper, material (linen (breathable), cotton, satin/silk (sensuality)), color, and patterns.

There are an abundance of options on the market, go with one that fit your personality and style. Most important, it looks great on you. If you have a chisel jawline, one style might look great on you. If you have a boyish face and want to look more mature, you might opt for another style.

Also, what type of hair cut do you have? Are you bald, short and fluffy, or man bunning it. What goes with your cut? You may think, what does my hair have to do with it? We want a style that fits your persona, that includes your hair. Your hair tells a lot about your personality. Some styles look better on you than you think. Your hair has to do a lot with it. If you like the “grizzly unkempt hair look” a suit and tie might not work. A plain chic dress shirt might go better with your vibe. We don’t want to look out of the ordinary.

For the pants, you have a number of options. The popular ones are chinos ( a blend between casual and business). As I started, we are a laid back generation. These may be the perfect options for the big V. You can look polished without looking too formal. Perfect pants to relax while also staying chic. The key is to have fun and be comfortable. Others are dress pants, trousers, business pants and linen pants.

Once again, they have to fit the vibe. Your personality and where you are planning on going is a huge factor.

For the kicks, breathable and comfortable are the key. Once again, breathable… We don’t want any funky feet at the end of the night do we. No. We want excellent care. Also, choose footwear that won’t cause an accident. Yes, if we are out, we don’t want to be slipping all over the floor. Choose shoes with grip and give you support. Plus, no cramping.

Now, if you’re planning the big proposal, you can get away with the tux. It can fit the vibe perfectly. However, if you don’t want to give away too much and play it down, go with the other options.

Ideas For Men To Spice Up The Wardrobe In The Bedroom

For the fellas, you have a number of options to wow your lady. It’s not all about your eyes popping out seeing her looking like a Victoria Secret angel. It’s a two way street. You also can style it up without breaking the bank.

Now back to our fellas and the fashion game on the big day! Once again, you have choices. The key, pick garments that fit the mood. You’re going for seduction and romance. You want to wow your partner. You want to draw her eyes to you and your physique. It’s all about intimacy. You want her pheromones to go crazy.

Now, if you don’t have a 6 pack, that is ok. You still can rock your physique. Obviously, your woman isn’t complaining. The key, pick garments that flatter your figure. Perhaps for our larger frame fellas, boxers may be the ideal choice. They provide comfort (won’t feel so snugged). Also, they flow to balance your frame. With form fitting, they may draw attention to areas you may want to conceal.

They provide sensuality just as much. Also, joggers, longjohns and linen pants can also be your friend. They don’t draw too much attention to your skin and balance out your frame.

Musings-of-Life.com

As I am a stickler for not conforming to tradition, I am hyping you guys to wear form fitting garments (only if you’re comfortable). I think you look good in them as well. I am not picky (when it comes to physique), that’s just me. It’s all about you and your partner’s comfortability. I just provided advice (on level of comfort).

If you choose briefs (which are more formed fitting) or trunks (blend of briefs and boxers) choose ones that go with skin tone. Warm tone, (tropical colors,), cool tone (ice colors, blues, greens, red). How can you tell your tone? By veins in your wrist. If it shows green (warm tone) and blue (cool tone).

Advice If You Choose Trunks

Now with trunks, they generally go to your mid thigh. If you don’t like anything hugging your thighs, go with briefs.

have comfortable briefs or boxers that show off your physique. We want to playfully show off your package and your buttocks. We want you to shine like adonis.

If you have a personality that loves form fitting, trunks are your thing. They show off your butt, thighs and penis. They generally outline all your curves. If you’re on the muscular side, this might be your thing. If you have muscles, you more than likely are showing them off. It’s part of the psych. You’re working hard in the gym, show off the hard work for your lady.

They may be a little harder to take off but the choice is yours. Rock the style according to your personality, mood and your partner’s desire!

Your Penis And Genital Matter, Pick Right

I listed a number of choices for you fellas to wear to impress your lady in the bedroom. One key area we want to draw attention to is the genital area. Yes, we want to make sure this area is breathing and comfortable. We don’t want to draw attention to any bacteria or infection. Wearing tight garments can constrict your blood vessels, inhibiting an erection. A nightmare in the bedroom.

If you feel tight and irritated, your body is going to tell. It kills the arousal.

Pick options that allow your penis and genitals to flow. They aren’t meant to constrict. Pick garments that are your size and allow your package to flow freely. Try on your garments. The dressing room isn’t reserved for just ladies, they are for you guys as well!  It’s ok to ask to try on undergarments. I am always trying on bras, they have to fit and feel comfortable. They are important to support my posture and hygeine. You can also ask customer service representatives for advice as well.

When you select clothes, you don’t want to waste money. Who wants to drive home and waste gas because they had to make a return.

I highly recommend boxers or briefs. Let’s show off your legs and especially those upper thighs. The upper thighs, they represent stamina (to us ladies) and drive us wild. There is something about a man’s thighs. Next to your butt, penis and jaw comes your thighs.

Next is the joggers or linen pants. This can draw attention to your muscular arms, pecs and stomach. They can also outline your butt, thighs and package. If you like to tease a little more than the next person, wear these items. Also, the weather. If it’s a little too cool for your liking, these form fitting pants are a winner. Pick some up today!

Conclusion

Valentine’s Day is a wonderful day ( or weekend) to look your best. It goes for both genders. We are in a generation where both genders are styling for days, no longer one sided. We have our dear companies to thank. The idea is to let your personality shine and be comfortable. If you’re not comfortable wearing cleavage, don’t. If you never have before and want to experience it for the first time, build yourself up psychologically (beforehand). Erase any negativity you had. For instance, will people think I am trying to get attention, trying too much, will people get jealous.” Throw all of this out the window. You’re trying to impress your partner, increase the sensuality (for their eyes only). It’s an extension of beauty, why not show. It’s all in how you present yourself. We have shawls and jackets to help.

Have fun on Valentine’s Day. Don’t spend time worrying about your shoes hurting you or feeling too tight. That ruins the day. You’re spending your hard earned money, let’s not spend it grumpy. Take time to find items on sale. Items that fit and have safety precursors in stock. Safety pins or an alternative outfit in a bag. Yes, accidents do happen. You ever ate spaghetti and sauce starts flying everywhere. It’s not your fault. Just come prepared. Having extra clothes in your car can be a life saver. Especially comfortable shoes. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t match the key, you feel comfortable. You want to enjoy your day with your partner.

The clothes are an extension of you, not your only crutch. They just level up the situation. It doesn’t mean you will be happy. You can be all dolled up but if you’re not happy internally, what does it all mean? You will be miserable no matter what. Have a million things on your mind or worried, you might as well have stayed home. Work on your mental health beforehand. It’s just as important as your fit. Enjoy the day.
